How do I order drinks using the online system?
Do I have to use your online ordering system?
Simply use your mobile phone to scan the QR code on your table, select your table number, browse our extensive menu and pay via debit/credit card. Our team will serve your order directly to you – Please do not wait at the bar. (Wifi is also available)
No. We fully understand that not everyone will want, or be able, to use the online method. Please speak to a member of the team who will be more than happy to take your order at your table.
How do I book a table in the bar / beer garden?
Our online reservation system is now live. Tables can be reserved on your date of choice. We encourage reservations to ensure you do not miss out but walk ins are also welcome. Click here to book. Please note, bookings cannot be made via telephone or social media.
When are you open?
Our current opening times are as follows:
Monday to Wednesday 5pm - 2.30am
Thursday to Friday 5pm - 2:30am
Saturday 3pm - 2:30am
Sunday 5pm - 2:30am
How do I order food?

Do you rent the venue? How can I book a party?
Indeed we do. Harleys can cater for private parties of all sizes and is available for showcases, corporate events, film/photo shoots and more! Whatever your enquiry, we’d love to chat about it.(Current Covid-19 Regulations will determine availability) Get in touch here
Do I have to be over 18 to enter?
Are your live gigs ticketed? Is there an entry fee?
Our venue operates a strict over 18’s policy from 10:00pm onwards. Failure to show a valid form of ID when requested will result in refused entry.
No! Harleys is a grassroots venue and actively encourages live music within Ayr. We do not charge to come into our venue.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Our venue is accessible for wheelchair users and although there are a couple of steps at the front entrance we do have ramps available.
Whats your dress code?
Weekends: Dancin’ Shoes.
Weeknights: Rock n Roll Chic.
Beer Garden: Dress for the unpredictable Scottish weather.

I have lost something, can you help?
Our favourite topic! Yes, we can. Contact us here to enquire about an item of lost property. A detailed description of the lost item, and the date it went awol, is most welcome. Please note that weekends are incredibly busy, so lost property requests are handled at the start of the week. If you require a quick response, we recommend coming down to the venue during daytime/early evening to speak with staff onsite.
